<p>Naast de routineactiviteiten draagt de LHUB-ULB ook bij aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve benaderingen voor een betere diagnose, preventie en behandeling van ziekten die in de verschillende aangesloten ziekenhuizen worden aangetroffen. <p>Het is nu een van de vijf grootste universitaire ziekenhuislaboratoria in Europa geworden.</p> <p>De krijtlijnen voor dit project dateren uit de jaren 90, maar het is pas in 2008 dat de iris-Koepel het principieel besluit neemt om een laboratorium voor klinische biologie op te richten, gemeenschappelijk voor het hele net. Mooi, gloednieuw en klaar voor gebruik: onze nieuwe site in Anderlecht zag dit weekend het levenslicht!<o:p></o:p></span></p><p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;" lang="EN-US">LHUB-ULB is officieel verhuisd naar de prachtige gebouwen van het Jules Bordet Instituut. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;" lang="EN-US">Deze verhuis is veel meer dan een adreswijziging: het is een grote stap in de richting van onze ambitie om klinische en operationele uitmuntendheid te bieden aan onze partnerziekenhuizen en hun patiënten.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;" lang="EN-US">Hartelijk dank aan de hardwerkende teams die deze operatie zo briljant en efficiënt hebben uitgevoerd.
